Steps away from a 9 hole golf course and a 3 minute drive into the town of Nackawic. The “resort” is also a great location for multiple hiking trails, ATV trails, snowmobiling & skating and 20 minute drive from Crabbe Mountain

The Treehouse Cabins are located in southwestern NB nestled among the trees along the banks of the beautiful St. John River. Being up in the trees offer a unique perspective to the beautiful scenery. A place to unwind in the woods relaxing in nature, but only a short distance from Fredericton & Woodstock NB, and Houlton ME.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Isla's Butterfly w. River View

Cozy river view container home with hot tub, BBQ, and patio furniture overlooking the Tobique River. Sleeps 4 with 1 queen bed and a pull-out couch. Cots are available. Great for 2 adults and children. Not recommended for more than 4 adults, but it is possible. Bathroom and small kitchen with hot plate and fridge. Direct river access for kayaking (seasonal) or canoeing. Pet-friendly ($25/stay). Perfect for couples or small families looking to relax in nature.

Relax with the whole family at our river's edge retreat. You will have the entire cabin to yourself as you enjoy our newly built cozy cabin. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming from our 1800 feet of frontage on the Meduxnekeag river, or hiking and snowshoeing on our 70+ acres. 5 minutes from the Houlton Golf course and the snowmobile trails. Roast some smores on the campfire with the kids at sunset, or cosy up and watch a movie inside on a rainy day.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Conveniently located on the atv/snowmobile trail system. You'll find the property nestles on the bank of clearwater brook. With 18 acres of space you are free to roam the property, hike, fish and enjoy nature. This little cabin is located at the entrance of the property, easy to find on route 107.
