Spend your day relaxing on the front porch, fishing from one of the 2 docks on the property, or bring your off-road vehicle along and head for adventure at Red Bird! We have a fire ring in the backyard-ready for relaxing evening campfires and story telling

The Goat-el at Old 40 Farm

If you enjoy unique spaces & love animals, this is the apartment for you. Stay in the most unique "barn" you'll find. This loft apartment includes a full bath & is shared with 20+ goats & other farm animals. You're sure to have a memorable stay. There is a small pond on the property & ample free parking. Relax with the family and spend the evening on the back patio. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, this single level home is perfect for your night away. PLEASE READ! Due to a recent storm, the back fence was damaged and has been removed and we are waiting for the new fence to be installed.
