The vibrant town centre is also a 10-minute walk. Inside, you'll find beautiful beamed ceilings adding character to this idyllic retreat. Completed in April 2024, our annexe is completely self contained and is located at the end of our patio at the rear of our home. Ideally located between Truro (4 miles) and Falmouth (9 miles) with both the north and south Cornish coasts in easy striking distance. Minutes away from Trelissick Gardens with their beautiful woodland walks. 1 mile down the road is the King Harry Ferry taking you across the Fal to access the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. The Punchbowl & Ladle is a 5 minute walk away.

Popular nearby attractions include The Eden Project, Boardmasters (Newquay) and The Lost Gardens of Heligan - all within a 30 minute drive away.

This stylish one bedroom studio is perfect for one or two people wishing to explore Cornwall. The studio contains a main bedroom area with a private bathroom. Outside there is a spacious, private, courtyard to enjoy with outside seating and small table. The studio is located in our back garden on a quiet residential street, 5 minutes walk from the train station and town centre and only 10 mins drive from some of Cornwalls beautiful beaches.

Our annex is located in a village 4 miles from Cornwall’s charming city of Truro where there are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. We are also close to beautiful sandy beaches, spectacular cliffs, walks and outdoor spaces. From here it is easy to go west to Falmouth ( 8 miles) and beyond or to the north Cornish coast by car, train or bus. An ideal location from which to explore and enjoy the south west on the water or on the land.
