Tiny House w/ seaview, pool +secluded gardens

A beautiful tiny house in a tranquil mountain valley between Positano and Montepertuso. Away from the crowds at the beach but near enough to walk down in 20 minutes. The house is not at streel level, there are 465 steps down from the road in Montepertuso. You must be fit and able to climb steps and carry your bags down. Heavy luggage is not advised. The house has a separate front door, living area, small kitchen, fridge, low ceilinged bathroom and bedroom with balcony overlooking pool.

Casa Sunrise si trova nella parte alta della città con vista mozzafiato su Positano. Ristrutturata nel 2019 ha spazi grandi e luminosi. Il primo livello (130 mq) ha 2 camere da letto (una con bagno en-suite), soggiorno, bagno e cucina attrezzata. Terrazzo luminoso. Al secondo livello (130 mq) è la splendida terrazza con vista a 360°. Sentieri escursionistici e servizi a pochi minuti. La spiaggia è raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata. Ottimamente riscaldata, è ideale anche d’inverno.

Situata ai piedi di Taormina, a 2 passi dal mare di Giardini Naxos, San Marco, isola Bella, all'ombra dell'Etna, accanto alle gole dell'Alcantara. La casa, al piano rialzato, composta da una camera da letto, un bagno e una cucina con soggiorno. Parcheggio privato nel cortile adiacente. Aria condizionata. NB terrazza condivisa!

A 10 chilometri c'è Scicli bellissima cittadina tardo barocca patrimonio Unesco, set cinematografico di tanti film tra cui Il commissario Montalbano.

Nice cosy Studio flat on the top floor overlooking the sea. Located in perfect position in the historic center. Just what you need to visit Pizzo, all the natural attractions and the beautiful beaches nearby. 2 single kayaks, a small boat available for rent, to see the beautiful coast of Pizzo and its surroundings

Casa della Feluca è un appartamento situato nella parte panoramica alta di Positano, a pochi passi dalla strada principale di Via Pasitea e ben collegata al centro sia dalle scale che dalla fermata vicinissima dei bus locali.

L'appartamento ed il condominio sono stati ristrutturati nel 2019. La collocazione di Maison Iolanda permette di raggiungere in pochi passi la stazione del bus e quella del treno. Il parcheggio è privato ed interno al parco.
