Grandma's House is in a rural community and offers peace, comfort and a great place to relax, while being close enough to the city for all the shopping, dining and work related activities. Just 7 miles from Raleigh Executive Jetport, it is located in Moncure, which is the center of NC, this house is 30 minutes from Raleigh, Chapel Hill or Sanford. Just 3 miles from Jordan Dam, there are multiple boats ramps just a short drive away. Whole house has been recently remodeled and everything is new.

Beautiful setting on 8 acres near Jordan Lake and the American Tobacco Trail - 30 minutes or less to RDU, RTP, Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. Full use of a 930 sf guesthouse with a spiral staircase leading to a loft bedroom. Downstairs, soaring 20 foot ceilings and huge windows look out on our horse pastures. Ideal for fishing stays - less than 10 minutes from a Jordan Lake boat launch, and we have plenty of parking for trucks with trailers. Non-tesla EV charging available (details below)

Cozy Art Cabin among organic gardens near UNC/Duke

This is a shabby-chic art-studio cabin. It has a stunning walk-in shower w/ an under-water mural mosaic. There are mosaic doors & windows throughout the space. This space shares a common wall with my mosaic art studio. There are 2- sweet Aussie shepherds and 2- domestic cats on the property. Guests are welcome to eat meals on the back deck or beautiful gardens. There is a private shower, sink & composting toilet in cabin. New kitchenette recently added. Would like a long-term day-shift renter.

Shepard Farm

Secluded and peaceful, the name of the street says it all: Sunset. This gated residence offers breathtaking sunset views across a sprawling 50 acre farm. Take in the landscape, complete with horses & cows, or retire to your exclusive guest house, complete with full kitchen, refrigerator, and washer & dryer. This one big room guest house has a king bed & queen sofa bed, and comes with your own door code, parking space, and private, fenced-in back yard for your pets. (pet fee applies).

Ever thought it would be fun to experience a day at a real working Christmas Tree Farm? Be our guest at the bunkhouse, a beautiful 320 sq ft tiny house full of character. Remodeled from salvaged materials on the farm, this bunkhouse features a full kitchen, bathroom with roomy bedroom and living room. Relax on the porch or roast marshmallows by the firepit. You can take a stroll through the Christmas trees, by the pond and in the spring and summer, through our U-pick flower patch.

Lovely farm cabin experience

Connect with nature in this unforgettable farm setting. The space is a fully furnished apartment in an adorable stone cabin with one queen bedroom, kitchen, full bath, laundry, high speed Wi-Fi, and outdoor hot tub. Upper cabin is also available as a separate rental (sleeps 5) listed as Log Cabin at the Farm on Airbnb.

The Peacock Guest House is on 30 acres with woods, horses, peacocks, goats, chickens, and ducks, the dedicated wifi and TV on the generous screened in porch (it's as big as the house!) is a fabulous getaway while still being super accessible. The Scout House

Located close to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill, The Scout House has all of the rustic charm of a country retreat plus the convenient, urban amenities of The Triangle. The beds (one king and one queen), are brand new and super comfy. The views include a historic barn, ivy covered stables, green pastures, and woods. There is a lightly wooded trail to a serene private pond. The Scout House is a charming and wonderful place to stay for any and all occasions!

Cool Creek Farm welcomes you! We are home to horses, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks and indoor/outdoor cats. The 14-acre farm is located just minutes from Shakori Hills Community Arts Center which hosts many live musical events throughout the year. The farm is convenient to Pittsboro, Siler City, Saxapahaw and Chapel Hill. But, you'll love the beautiful, peaceful setting right here too! We can accommodate horses for overnight lodging, ask for details!

Cattail Pond Campsite #1

Come experience nature in rural Chatham County from a peaceful campsite. The campsite is located in a field near a small pond on the same property as our home. Perfect for a RV, camper, or tent. There is no power on the site, but generators are allowed. This area has what you need to relax and slow down - 10 acres of farm land with areas to walk or sit back and enjoy nature, views of fields, woods, and our lovely cows, picnic table, chairs, and fire pit.
