My place is about a mile and a half away from the University and Hospital. Downtown is about a 10 minute drive. Lower Bidwell Park is near downtown. Cable TV with HBO and TCM movie channels plus some sports channels. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio only. I like to rent to long term guests, which is why I give a discount for a month, and prefer to rent for 3 months. Many traveling nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist have stayed for their typical 13 week assignment.

Most of our cabins all rest along the creek so you'll hear that all throughout your stay. The occasional train rolls through at the end of our road on your way down to our private beach on the feather river. Pulga is rustic but has all the amenities, best water source, power and Starlink!
