At this elevation you will have sweeping views from the Pacific to Volcan Baru and everything in between! Access road is paved and 4WD is NOT neccessary

This home is nicely furnished with a king bed in the main and a double in the second bedroom. Bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and stores are walking distance from the house

Wake up to see the sun reflecting off of the mountain, visible clearly through large floor to ceiling wrap around windows. Do some work at the desk or relax in the recliners or outdoor balcony chairs. Enjoy a refreshing shower or long soak in the large bathtub. The cabana includes a well stocked kitchenette, and washer dryer combo.

Entire house has filtered water and hot water. There is a neighborhood security guard from 6pm to 6am. Only registered guests can have access to the pool.
