Cozy 3- bedroom home with small town charm

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We have plenty of room for the whole family or have the whole place to yourself! Ashland is the perfect place to disconnect and revel in small town life. This is an older home that is recently remodeled. There is an unfinished basement in the home that is not part of the living space in this listing. We do allow access to the basement as we are in tornado alley. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any unapproved pets in our home!

The Little Green House

This small little getaway is located on Highway 160 right in the middle of Ashland. It is conveniently located next to one of the best pizza joints in SW Kansas (Sam’s Pizza Barn) and right across the street from the convenience store. This home is newly remodeled with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is covered parking on the south side of the house and a small laundry room in an unattached room under the covered parking.

The Bait Shop

2 bedroom 1 bath (approximately 700sq feet) newly renovated bungalow located in Minneola, KS. Available for short-term rental (contact host for short- term rental options). Clean and quiet place to stay while you are passing through Minneola. No pets (will make exceptions for service dogs special situations, however owner approval is required), no smoking of any kind.

Cottonwood House

Cottonwood House has comfy queen pillow top beds, fully furnished kitchen, leather reclining living room furniture and flat screen TV. The home is cozy and quiet. There is a Traeger Pellet grill on the patio. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and hunters.
