Silverstar Barn

Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

Cozy & Clean Lower Level Suite

Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. Small but quaint, you will definately get that COZY feel the minute you walk in! You will have all of the comforts of home, but with a BONUS!! When you venture out, you will be CLOSE by, within walking distance to the best or Watertown's eateries, 2 breweries, Gather Coffee Shoppe! Entertainment all year long, at the infamous Goss Opera House, in warmer months enjoy being right across the street from Watertown's Foundation Park, home to outdoor music and entertainment, and main street events.

M & M Hideaways

Welcome to M & M Hideaways. This newly built property is located in the quiet town of Henry, SD, which is in the Glacial Lakes area of northeast SD. It is a quick 10-15 minute drive west of Watertown. This hideaway is perfect for your hunting/fishing getaway, as you are literally just minutes away from some of the best lakes and game production areas that SD has to offer. Take it easy at this one-of-a-kind, quiet, and unique property designed with the outdoorsman in mind.

The Windmill House

The Windmill House is located in Clark, SD. The kitchen is fully furnished, towels and bedding provided, washer and dryer available if needed. Sleeping arrangements include a king, twin, full, and hide-a-bed. Extra amenities include WiFi, Roku TV, games, outdoor grill, and a shed set up for fish/game cleaning. Clark has one of the largest public pools in the state, a 9 hole golf course, several excellent dining options, and some of the best fishing and hunting in SD.

Horseman's Hideout

Unique grainery on 10 acres converted to a cozy rustic living space. There is a bed on the main level and a bed in the loft area.This is on a hobby farm where you're likely to see dogs, free- range chickens, horses, and goats in the summer time. We have recently moved the Hideout to our new home! The ground around the guest house may be different but the view is relaxing and secluded. We love seeing your pets, but please keep them kenneled if you leave.

Inside you’ll find a full kitchen, sofa bed for extra guests, washer and dryer, and stylish bathroom. Enjoy the prairie views while on the deck complete with a picnic table, grill, and patio chairs. Kampeska Lakefront Cottage

You will have access to one side of this lakefront duplex located directly on the lake. This property has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a washer and dryer as well as a fully furnished kitchen. This is the perfect getaway to enjoy the beautiful Lake Kampeska. Bonus: Enjoy a massage in your very own massage chair located in one of the bedrooms.
