Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Located on a quiet street the heart of the Boulevard Historic District, you can walk to Downtown or Normaltown in just 10 minutes. This house has two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, covered front porch and back deck. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants and yoga studio, and school with playground are just a block away. This is the perfect place to stay for friends, couples and families. Mature, well-behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed for an additional fee of $50, or $100 per week for longer stays.

You aren't a “cookie-cutter hotel” and “fight the crowds” kind of person. We’re with you. You want something more personal. We welcome you to our home, City Farm 25. We prefer unique places with character that feel homey. Our little slice of paradise in downtown Watkinsville is just that. The property is a cozy log cabin. You have the building to yourself. Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. We have 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Note: The airbnb software isnt able to list 1/2 baths. Roku, free channels, feel free to login and use your personal streaming accounts.

This comfy 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath cottage has been completely renovated in 2020. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths + living room, kitchen, and spacious back patio. Access to bunkhouse with bunkbeds + trundle + full bathroom is available for an additional $50 per night by messaging when you reserve. 4 block walk to DT Watkinsville. 6 mi. to Sanford Stadium: this is the perfect location for rest & relaxation.

City Dweller's Classic City Retreat
