Close Quarters, a unique studio apartment located inside The Reserve at the Old Bank on the square in Ashland, AL. This historic building originally built in 1907 was first occupied as the First National Bank in 1909. In 2024 it was renovated to offer a unique experience for our guests. Our house is a work in progress but very spacious and great for families. Our house has many windows and French doors that let the outside in. Enjoy our spacious porches and overlooking the lake. The house is situated on two acres but surrounded by woods on all sides. If you are looking for a place to get away look no further.

Cockpit Retreat

No extra fees and free continental breakfast. Original 1934 hand built house, complete interior remodeled to modern comfort and aviation themed. Absolutely quiet time, enjoy the sounds of nature as you relax on the porch in the jacuzzi or feed the pigs. The house is the original 1934 house and has some little quirky features like uneven floors and walls but they just add more charm. Comes with free self serve continental breakfast choices with your stay.

Sunrise Cabin (C1) at Parksland Retreat
