This home offers a living room, dining room (seats 8), full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room/mudroom, and 3 bedrooms. (King, Queen and full bed). You will find a front and side porch to sit and relax as well as a private back patio where your family can enjoy a fun evening. Each bedroom offers a comfortable bed, hangers for clothing, and a fan to help you relax.

The lake can be accessed 1/2 mile away. Two kayaks are available. The patio has excellent views of the forest and pasture. A fire pit makes the evenings cozy. Be sure to visit the farm's horses, cow, ducks, sheep, goats & alpacas! Your horses are welcome for daily board. Hosts are on-site; breakfast by request.

Peaceful unique place in the valley where a rooster crow is all you will hear in the morning. Drink coffee on a private deck that overlooks the koi pond with a peaceful fountain. Short drive to I-435 and I-35. About half hour drive to Royals and Chiefs stadiums, downtown KC and Kansas speedway! Minutes from the bike and walking trails that circle Smithville Lake! Caution- steep narrow stairs inside. Please use the outside stairs to carry luggage inside to the bedroom quarters.
