It is locked off from upstairs & has it's own entrance. So 2 seperate units, 2 seperate entrances, but all under 1 roof. We will use the left side of the drive (2 cars) & enter via garage. Family-friendly space. There’s a baby crib in a closet, just let me know if you need it set up ahead of time. The house is 100 years old, so it has lots of creaks and character, but I keep it maintained and clean for my wonderful guests!
