Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin

Loveland Farm is a 26-acre farm located one mile out of beautiful historical downtown Loveland, OH less than 2 miles from the Loveland bike trail. This Sears and Roebuck’s Craftsman home is a cozy 2-story 7-room farmhouse with 3 bedrooms & full unfinished basement. Country setting house includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, 5 private bedrooms, a lower level dorm area with 12 bunk beds & kitchenette, washer and dryer. Detached shower house. There is a nice concrete patio and a large wooden deck with outdoor furniture and chairs. The house has three flat screen TV’s with a fire stick. Great internet WiFi. There is a 19 acre lake and a small pond for fishing. Parties and Events are Allowed.

The Old Home Place

The Old Home Place has the beauty of the country but only minutes from town. We are 4.2 miles from the Ark Encounter and less than an hour to The Creation museum, Cincinnati and Lexington. Our home is very peaceful, with something for all ages. The view from the back patio is stunning. We sit on 100 acres of land and there is a lot of nature to take in. A nice stroll back the ridge, or a game of pool, will offer you an enjoyable time away from home.

Cowan Cozy Cottage

Newly remodeled cottage nestled in the trees features all the comforts of your home in the middle of paradise. Located with direct access to Lake Cowan this cottage is also located within walking distance to the main south beach, hiking trails, great fishing holes and numerous picnic pavilions. As for taking in the local activities the Cowan Sailing club, Cowan State Park and World Equestrian Center are all located less than 5 minutes drive.
