Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Staying in Lozzo you can visit the plateau of Pian dei Buoi and La Roggia dei Mulini.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

La casa si trova sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia sotto il monte Pelmo in vetta a 3168m, nelle giornate limpide si vede la laguna di Venezia.

Villa avec jardin privé + parking à 10 minutes de Cortina. La maison est répartie sur deux niveaux avec une vue panoramique depuis le salon et les chambres à l'étage. Le logement dispose de 2 balcons à l'étage et d'une terrasse à l'entrée de la maison. Le salon est lumineux et accueillant, équipé d'une smart TV avec Netflix pour passer une soirée conviviale. Le logement comprend 2 salles de bains complètes, une par étage. La cuisine est compacte mais équipée de tout le nécessaire.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter.
