Well laid out and very well appointed with a gorgeous and wide canal on one side and a glimmering heated pool on the other. You will wake up to the North East facing water front, open the bifold doors and you will know you are on holiday. Within walking distance to shops, cafes, parks and beach. Perfect for a weekend away or for longer stays. We welcome small dogs only up to 10kg, this property is not suitable for bigger dogs and pets.

There is a full kitchen. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, the other 2 bedrooms have single beds with trundles. The property is approximately 1.25hrs drive from Brisbane CBD (1.5hrs from Brisbane airport) and just under 1 hr from the Gold Coast airport. Gold Coast beaches approx. 40mins from the house.
