Rockin' Maddy Ranch Studio

Separate studio on a beautiful ranch appr 10 min from I-5.. many animals either rescued pets or those just wandering by and live in the neighborhood.. birds, wild turkeys, rabbits, etc. We are a working ranch offering trail rides year round depending on weather. We also live below a geological marvel that has unique rock formations millions of years old, Pythian Cave, only a 15 - 20 minute walk from the Studio.. you will also see towering views of Mt Shasta and the valley floor from your hike

Victorian Garden Carriage House

You will wake in the trees, to the soft prospects of the forested Siskiyou mountains to the west. You'll discover enchanting views at every window, from city streets to a quiet English garden and pond. You are only a few steps from Ashland Plaza, yet the retreat-like environment we offer to all our guests requires that no incense, smoking, vaping or pets are allowed in the Carriage House. The City of Ashland has authorized the Carriage House. Our City Planning Action Number is PA-2013-01701.

Tree Top Studio

Find your Peace in this cozy light filled studio in the treetops of the Siskiyou mountains. The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). You have direct access to trails leading to old growth forest and a refreshing year long creek. The studio space is an inspiration for artists and lovers of fine details. The kitchen meets all your basic culinary needs. Living room has cozy nooks. Bedroom upstairs has a comfy queen size bed.

The Sunset Ranch

Relax in the peace of a working mini-ranch where the sounds of chickens, crickets, frogs, and owls will quiet your mind. Sunset Ranch is just far enough away from the busyness of town to enjoy the most brilliant star-filled skies from the deck or take a short walk to the top of our property and watch the sun set over Klamath Lake! Situated off of Hwy 97, we are conveniently located just 5 minutes from Oregon Tech and Sky Lakes Medical Center. Downtown Klamath Falls is just 8 minutes away.

The Green Arrow Loft

Situated right on the state line this studio apartment with EV charger access is nestled in its own nook of the gorgeous Colestine Valley. We're on 80 acres that adjoin the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument to the North, perfect for a scenic hike or a casual stroll. Nature and wildlife abound, and though quiet and private the Loft is just 5 minutes off I-5 and 20 from downtown Ashland. We're pet friendly and have an outdoor pool! Besides being clean & safe, I like the king size bed, the fireplace, the choice of large tub or shower, the heated bathroom floor, and the little yard, the most.
