Architecturally remodelled the space keeps many of its traditional terrace features, with tasteful modernisation, including - - Loads of natural light from glass skylights in the main living area - Quality furnishings and art throughout - Timber floors in main living and kitchen, with wool carpet in the bedroom - Ducted climate aircon throughout, ensures comfort on hot Sydney days and nights - including in bedroom - Full laundry including washing machine, dryer and tub (detergent supplied) - Induction cooking and cookware provided - Double integrated Dishdraw (dishwasher) - Filtered water & ice dispensing refrigerator - Marble bathroom, with underfloor heating and dual shower heads - including waterfall head - Access to wifi and Apple TV/Netflix on 50" smart LCD television - Private courtyard and outdoor table accessed via bi-fold doors - Separate home-office space, with built-in desk - Bedroom and living area separated by hallway - Queen size bed with new high-end, medium/firm latex mattress - All bedding and linen provided for your stay, including towels and beach towels No interaction necessary - keys are accessed via lock-box to let yourself in. I live in the property directly above the apartment, so I may bump into you at some stage. Cafes, bars, restaurants, and a mini supermarket and liquor store are all within 150 metres. Minutes from city, but in a total bushland peaceful setting, as well as 5 minutes walk to cafes, bars and restaurants of Cammeray Village. Our Quarrymans Cottage is tucked away in the bush, down a driveway behind other properties (then 10 steps) to the cottage - which is level. The cottage is part of our home. It is 100% renovated, but some work continues on our home. it wont impact you, but so you know. (although the driveway you'll see our materials storage.You walk straight passed that.)
