The condo is a short walk to the base area where there is a free bus to town. And for skiers, just walk up the back steps, across the parking lot and you are on the slopes!

Quaint Elk Ave house w shady garden and parking

Cozy house located in historic district of CB at quiet end of Elk Ave. Located in ideal spot right opposite Rumors coffee/book shop, close to many award winning restaurants & independent stores. Free bus to mountain only a block away. The house is quaint & cozy & has a European feel. For larger groups or longer stays there is another house (airbnb number 20882391) that rents for 30 nights or longer. A huge saving as no tax is due on rentals over 30 nights.
