We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Guests fail to read the entire listing so please do. Ruoff Music Center-12 min, downtown-20 min, Convention center-25 min, Grand Park-25 min, Airport-35 min. Fishers Event Center-8 min. Apt has its own separate entrance w/keyless lock. Our place is good for couples/solo/business travelers/families w/small kids. WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS.

From the moment you walk in, this historic home (built in 1939) envelopes you with its charm. Enjoy Original hardwoods, two bedrooms (one with a king, the other, a queen size bed), three smart TV’s, broadband WIFI and a fully equipped kitchen to make those amazing dinners you can enjoy in the dining room or breakfast nook! Washer and dryer in basement. Fireplace is NOT useable-just for show! Security features include ADT, ring & keypad entry. Close to park, hospital & interstate.
