Phòng sáng, thoáng, rộng, nhiều ổ cắm, bạn có thể làm việc thoải mái hay tập bài thể dục nhẹ nhàng trong phòng. Cửa kính được dùng là hệ nhôm kính Nhật YKK để hạn chế lao xao bên ngoài.
