Welcome to beautiful WV! Our cottage is secluded, easy to get to, overlooks fields and a lovely pond. There are trails and fishing on the property, and views in all directions. The cottage is fully air conditioned, clean, has WiFi and is located 8 min. from I-64 and 10 min. from both White Sulphur Springs (the Greenbrier) and Lewisburg, WV (“Coolest Small Town” winner). We love hosting guests on our farm, in our cozy cottage with beauty, peace and quiet, trails, fishing, and mountain air.

Stay at my home close to the National Park off the Thurmond park access! Enjoy the first floor of my house with a private entrance. A bird watcher's paradise! Kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. It is in a residential area with plenty of trees and wildlife. Fastest WiFi available in the area!The house lies within 10 minutes of all the major attractions. It is just off 19 which takes you to all points South and North. Unwind in a spacious tiny home on a working farm with vegetables, herbs, fruits, dairy goats, sheep, and chickens. Enjoy the views, farm fresh food, local hiking and swimming holes, or if it's cold, cozy up by the wood stove! We offer sliding scale farm-to-table dinners on weekends. We love sharing our farmstead with guests and also understand if guests prefer tranquil time to themselves. We are a 20 min drive to Dragon's Tooth, and 10 minutes to VA42 (Kelly Knob or the Keffer Oak).

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.

Richmond’s Meadow Creek Hideaway Cabin #3

Our fun sized Cabin #3 is 120 sf, roughly the size of a standard bedroom; however it includes a bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, loft bed area, and a futon sofa that makes a bed. We have satellite tv, wifi, ac, linens provided, kitchenware, and a large deck with a propane grill. We also have a back yard with a fire pit and wood provided. This Cabin is open seasonally April through October yearly.

We are 13 minutes to I-77 or I-64, 20 minutes to the Grandview section of the New River Gorge National Park, and 30 minutes to Fayetteville, one of WV's coolest small towns.

The chalet is conveniently located one mile from Summersville Lake (Battle Run Recreation Area), 22-miles from the New River Gorge National Park, and four miles from the Upper Gauley River rafting and kayaking put-in.
