Located on 5 acres this beautifully renovated separate studio has all the comforts of home. Modern fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom, with unlimited wifi and pet friendly. A 1000 sq. mtr. gated and fenced off-leash area is available for your fur baby to enjoy the stay. A small charge applies to hosting your fur baby. Undercover parking. Melness cottage is a comfortable studio style accommodation on a 2500 acre farm 33km out of Goondiwindi. The cottage is separate to the main house and you will have private entry. It is only 300m from the highway to our entrance. There is a fire pit area to enjoy during your stay and the creek is a short walk from the cottage. For meals there is a microwave, Weber BBQ, bar fridge, kettle and toaster. A few basic breakfast supplies can be provided.

BBQ on deck, Wake to the sounds of nature, and see the amazing night sky.
