The Admiral’s Quarters is a private garden apartment with stunning river & sea views, only a short, two-minute walk from the heart of Dartmouth. Cosy apartment with a separate bedroom with a king size zip and link bed kitchen/living area with small double sofa bed - on request. Dartmouth views from both main rooms and only a few minutes walk from the ferry and village shop. Our favourite pub in Kingswear is just 2 minutes walk up the road and serves great food, local beers and always has a lovely atmosphere. Known as the 'sunny side', Kingswear is only a short hop across the river from Dartmouth enjoying the last of the evening sun

Kingswear is a charming character village with some of the most beautiful views across the River Dart. It has shops, pubs, a post office and is a great location being centrally located to explore the whole of South Devon.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The Boat house is a luxurious relaxing space, with Veiws to die for. Please note the hot tub is not available with this accommodation. Where it has been reviewed Guests have used it as it was available and at my discretion. Sorry for any disappointment . By all means ask the question . Especially mid week and out of season bookings.
