The Admiral’s Quarters is a private garden apartment with stunning river & sea views, only a short, two-minute walk from the heart of Dartmouth. The accommodation comprises a double bedroom with French doors opening to your own outdoor area. The first floor features the bathroom, an open plan stylish living area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a built-in cabin-style full-size single bed for little sailors or adults. Parking permit supplied for the main town car park in Mayors Avenue.

At Last is a charming, Grade II listed, 3 bedroom house with views of the river, just a few minutes' walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Dartmouth. The property is attractively furnished and has 2 smart TVs and WiFi. Bedrooms: 1. King size double 2. Double 3. Single + bunk beds (bedroom has low headroom on entrance - more suitable for children) Please note: there are 4 floors with steep stairs - so not ideal for toddlers or someone with mobility problems. Cosy apartment with a separate bedroom with a king size zip and link bed kitchen/living area with small double sofa bed - on request. Dartmouth views from both main rooms and only a few minutes walk from the ferry and village shop. Our favourite pub in Kingswear is just 2 minutes walk up the road and serves great food, local beers and always has a lovely atmosphere. Known as the 'sunny side', Kingswear is only a short hop across the river from Dartmouth enjoying the last of the evening sun
