Stunning 4 season lakefront 3BR, 2BA near Acadia

This beautiful, sun filled lake house is perfect for families and groups looking for the quintessential 4 season Maine getaway. Whether you spend the week looking out over the water, canoe and kayak around pristine Green Lake, or venturing out to nearby Acadia National Park or the Waterfront Concerts in Bangor you are sure to love this unique and accessible spot. We have recently renovated the home and are excited to share this lakeside gem with guests. There are three bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen and plenty of space for groups of up to 12 to spread out and enjoy the lake life. In addition to the king, queen and full bed in the upstairs bedrooms, there is a single bed on the indoor porch and a sleeping sofa in the living room. In case you need additional space, the owner's apartment can be booked upon request. The newly renovated walk-out features a queen bed and sleeping sofa, as well as a full bath and kitchenette. The walk-out is perfect for grandparents, friends or as a "kids apartment". Depending on your group and occasion, please feel free to reach out and discuss alternative arrangements, we will do our best to accommodate your trip depending on season and availability. As we rely on satellite wifi, it is weather dependent and can be quite slow. It is sufficient for emails and going online, but may not be strong enough for video calls or streaming. Parking is available next to the main entrance of the house and on a gravel parking area at the entrance of the property. Therefore, you could easily park 4 cars on the property during your stay. We live in Germany but our team is available if there are questions or any issues. There are absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed. As we have a septic system, please throw only septic-safe toilet paper (provided) down the toilet system, absolutely no sanitary items, wet-wipes, paper towels or oil (especially in the kitchen).

My Blue Heaven

The cabin is totally renovated with new appliances. Very cute and cozy, perfect for couples looking for a romantic get away. Jenkins Beach is closed for renovations this summer but you can still rent/launch boats there for a small fee. The cabin has WiFi and two TV’s, one has Apple TV, the other has streaming services as well and both have DVD players. Our cabin is not childproof, so not suitable for children under 5. Please look closely at the pictures if you’re bringing a small child.

Our rustic lakefront cabin is on beautiful crystal clear Beech Hill Pond near Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, Maine. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for 1 to 4 guests. It is furnished with the amenities listed as well as a dock, swimming float, fire pit with firewood, gas grill, and table and chairs. Enjoy the peacefulness from the screened in porch which overlooks the lake after a day of hiking in Acadia National Park. You will hear the call of the loons while relaxing.

Farm stay in a cozy yurt

Want to be surrounded by nature? Listen to animal sounds? Eat quality food? You're in the right place! The yurt has a full bed. It has electricity for lights and a hot plate. Pots, pans and utensils are available. The compost toilets are in the back. There is no running water inside but we provide a drinking fountain and foot pump sink. An outdoor shower is available near our house. The distance between parking and the yurt is about 150 yards. Petting goats or sheep available. .

Snow Sweet at The Appleton Retreat is very private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt faces the Field of Dreams and has a nice view of Appleton Ridge. It features a private therapeutic hot tub on the deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
