On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. The warm glow from the fire flickering on the pillow. The large rainfall shower and warmth underfoot from underfloor heating perfect on a cold evening.

Self-contained studio apartment, detached from the main house which is situated on the Welsh coastal path “The Laundry Room” is in the village of Deganwy. Within a stones throw of the beach, the railway station, buses, cafes, restaurants and the salubrious Quays Spa Hotel, a perfect location to watch the magnificent sunsets. The studio contains all you need a small kitchenette fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board. Separate shower room with handbasin and toilet.
