Full kitchen includes refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and place settings for 8 or more as well as pots and pans for cooking. Located 4 mins (driving) from the Historic Denton County courthouse square, 5 mins from TWU and 8 mins from UNT. Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts are 15-20 mins.

This historic and charming property is located in the heart of Denton, steps away from Courthouse on the Square. Enjoy easy, walking access to downtown Denton and UNT. This suite is on the 2nd floor of The House on Hickory, featuring 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, kitchen and living room area for a total of around 700 sq ft. Enjoy clean wood floors throughout and a fully tiled bathroom. Please note that thanks to the age of the home, the hardwood stairs can be a bit squeaky as well as low ceilings.

This apartment is brand new with all of the comforts of home. Quick access to I-35 makes it simple to travel every direction. We are about thirty minutes north of Dallas or Fort Worth. This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Come join us on our small farm where you will enjoy luxury glamping at its very best. Take it easy relaxing in the hammock of our solar secret garden, recharge with a bubble bath and a stint in our infrared sauna; or hang out at either of our two fire pits listening to my retro vinyl collection. Farm fresh breakfast, private yoga or photography sessions with our 1951 Ford truck available upon request.

Presumptuously writing in first-person in a section usually reserved for historic-this or convenient-that, I know for whom I created this home. Well, first, myself: I lived here—before I joined my parents down the block. Second, however, I created this home for you: The guest on a budget (fuck cleaning fees) with plans in Denton's best neighborhood. I love my home. A lot. And I think you will, too.
