We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

With 23 acres of country, this Suite is perfect for reflecting and relaxing. Space includes a separate bedroom/bath, a great room w/bunk beds, kitchenette & a breakfast room. Enjoy the view out the picture window of the farm fields and big sky, play foos ball, POOL IS OPEN June-Sept, visit the animals, rest by the pond. There are sitting areas all around to inspire & a perimeter path to walk. There are dirt roads to travel, so drive slow & watch for deer. Winter roads are an adventure!

Welcome to our charming 1850's cottage-style home located in the heart of downtown Dexter. This cozy retreat sleeps up to 6 guests. Situated within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, our home provides easy access to the vibrant community of Dexter. Step or ride onto the 35-mile Border-to-Border Trail or access kayaking/tubing on the Huron River. Just 9 miles away is the lively city of Ann Arbor, offering a wide array of cultural attractions, dining, and entertainment options.

The riverview

Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet maker's. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

Nestled on 4 acres and located in the heart of Waterloo recreation area, this 280sq ft skoolie boasts comfort and eclectic energy! We have a great location. It is 10-15 min from downtown Ann Arbor and the stadium, but once you come home, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. You can go for a walk in the woods, breath the clean air and rejuvenate. The apartment is cozy but spacious, and surrounded by woods. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
