Our place is great for couples, families, and anyone excited for a mountain adventure. WELL BEHAVED, non-barking dogs are welcome. We have an original Dillon cabin, that was built in 1934 and moved to Dillon Proper in 1970. It has rustic features and has been updated. This is a great place to stay with your family and friends and in a central location of Summit County. It's also within walking distance of downtown Dillon's restaurants, pubs, parks, Amphitheater, Dillon marina and beautiful lake.

Please be aware that this is the bottom floor condo unit and with neighbors above and to the sides, there could be some noise. Pets allowed! Remodeled in Dec 2018 with new floors, vanity tops, and new bathrooms! Wifi included Patio fence This Summit County condo is near Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland! 35 minutes to Vail & 5min to Lake Dillon.
