Nation House at Marshland Farms, is a Ranch style home in country setting. 2 miles from Rock Chalk Park and Sports Pavilion. 2 miles from West Lawrence city limits via 40 highway. Close proximity to KU campus, Allen Fieldhouse, Memorial Stadium, restaurants, Clinton Lake & bike/walking trails. We are a couple of miles from I- 70/Lecompton interchange. 3 BR /1.5 bath, full kitchen, laundry facilities, onsite parking. Private country views and livestock on property. Only 6 guests per night.

Home Away From Home-3 bedroom 2 bath retreat

Enjoy ping pong or foosball in the attached garage. Take a nap in the comfy beds or relax on the soft sectional to watch TV. We are located 7 minutes from Walmart, Sprouts, or Dillons and 11 minutes from KU. Many restaurants are located nearby. You can eat at the picnic table in the fenced in back yard, or enjoy a burger made on the electric grill. On chilly evenings you can turn on the gas fireplace to stay extra warm. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is space on the street too.

Centrally located cozy cottage, near KU campus

I hope you enjoy staying at my place as much as I enjoy hosting. This cozy cottage was my first home, in which I recently updated. It is equipped with a full kitchen, single bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV equipped with 100 mbps and Amazon Firestick and cable TV with 70 plus channels. In temperate months, I have a large fenced-in backyard and back deck for use. If you need anything at all, I am a phone call or message away.

This carriage house sits on 2 acres, with the original 1860s house. Located 1 mile East of historic Mass. St. in Lawrence, KS, it has 3 BR & 2 bathrooms. Access is limited to the space above the garage (must climb stairs), private balcony, & the front/middle yard. Absolutely ZERO smoking OR vaping tolerated or allowed on premises! Large beautiful yard with mature trees and privacy. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The hallway bathroom includes a laundry area and is built as a storm shelter. One garage stall is available for guests.

This beautiful country setting is located on a paved road next to a producing vineyard and winery. The views of the countryside and pond are memorable. Enjoy a stroll through the vineyard and watch the grapes grow! If you book during harvest, you are welcome to help pick grapes watch them become wine! Our tasting room is open weekends or by appointment.
