Lillian’s Blackberry Cabin is a restored retreat with a story in every detail. Started by my free-spirited, hippie mom in the early 1980s, it sat unfinished for decades. In 2020, we brought it back to life with a renovation, honoring its roots while adding comfort. About 15 miles SW of Ava on Hwy 76 in Goodhope.

There is bountiful wildlife to watch and you may see a deer or turkey in the yard. There is a large deck with picnic table, gas grill and chairs for outside enjoyment. This rental is about 68 mi to Branson, Mo, 20 mi to Rockbridge, Mo and only 1 mile from Vera Cruz state park for swimming or fishing.

The house has been recently repainted, a soaking tub added, and the gas fireplace upgraded. The kitchen is fully furnished and a propane grill provided. Both pavilions have large picnic tables with grills.
