Project-related travel with long-term stays all over the world has long determined our lives. The lack of feeling at home, especially in a private and quiet living atmosphere, was often a constant companion in many hotels and guesthouses. Experiences that contributed to our idea of »HOSTED HOUSING «was born: quiet and mostly self-managed business rooms for management and sales people. A temporary and attractive »HOMEBASE«, conveniently and strategically well located. The love for Dresden and the suitable object in Radebeul made us leave our home in Munich and set up this heart project. As a freelance project developer for information technology, we have our office in-house and are therefore for our guests always responsive. The apartment is set in the town of Radebeul and within walking distance from a number of charming bakeries, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, as well as a grocery market. A short walk away there’s a railway station offering trains into Dresden. Das Landhaus Hillehof ist für Familien und größere Gruppen bis maximal 14 Personen ausgestattet. Bitte sprechen Sie uns dazu an. Die 6 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügen über 5 Bäder. Neben diesen individuell eingerichteten Zimmern gibt es im Erdgeschoss einen Gesellschaftsraum im historischen Ambiente, welcher sich mit der dazugehörigen Verandaküche hervorragend für Feiern, Veranstaltungen und gemeinsame Treffen eignet. Die 50 m² große Hauptterrasse steht Ihnen exklusiv zur Verfügung.

Villa hinter den Schlossmauern

Die moderne Villa und das gesamte Grundstück befinden sich in exklusiver Lage und wird an Sie komplett vermietet (keine anderen Bewohner!). Die Villa befindet sich innerhalb der Schlossmauer von Schloss Pillnitz bzw. der Mauern des alten Kammergutes. Historisch befand sich auf dem Grundstück der königliche Holzlagerplatz, umrahmt von 2,50 bis 4 m hohen Natursteinmauern, diese bieten ihnen auch heute noch eine tolle Privatsphäre, ohne Einsichtnahme von außen.

You can start your day with delicious coffee and enjoy the beautiful view of the garden. To make your sleep comfortable, a cozy bed (2,00mx2,00m) with tasteful bedding is waiting for you. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo. The access to the room is through the separate house entrance to the 2nd floor. You will find a free parking space directly in front of the door.

Alte Künstler Villa im Wald

Unsere alte Villa liegt nahe verschiedener Wanderrouten direkt am Wald. Das Haus wurde in liebevoller Detailarbeit mit einfachen Mitteln vom Künstler Lasko Djuric restauriert. Jeder Raum wurde individuell gestaltet und mit Bauhaus Möbeln ausgestattet. Die Zimmer haben einen Balkon, Kaminofen und bieten Platz für zwei Personen im Doppelbett. In der Gemeinschaftsküche stehen zwei elektro Herde, ein Kaminofen und Kochutensilien zur freien Verfügung.
