The house has some unique features like a 9' shuffleboard table, board games, a Blue Tooth speaker & a smart TV so you can access your own Netflix or Hulu. Very close to the airport and sports venues. Grocery and liquor stores are walking distance away.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back, plus a big backyard where your pup can stretch their legs. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise.
