THE LAKE IS back!! Thank God for the rain. The cabin provides a relaxing getaway. Rustic charm with amazing views. 2 private bedrooms, One queen bed and one full. 2 sets of bunks outside of bedrooms for extra sleep space. The top bunks are rated for 80lbs so the house is set up for 6 adults and 2 children. 3 lots for playing and relaxing. Dock for fishing, swimming or boat parking.

Comfy Brownwood Apt near town and University

One bedroom, one bath efficiency apartment. You have the whole apartment to yourself. It is approximately 560 sq ft. It is close to Howard Payne University and town. Quiet neighborhood and quiet neighbors. There is a covered parking space in the back of the house. You can sleep 2 people here, maybe 1 on the couch in the living room. There is a King size bed in the bedroom.

Beautiful waterfront cabin on Proctor Lake. House offers 1 bedroom, with a unique queen over 2 twin XL bunk bed. The sofa folds out into a queen, also. House has been updated with modern features, and has an exceptional view. The water is just a short walk, down the hill. There is a chain link fence, to provide a safe environment for children.
