Its central location allows multiple convenient routes to NYC and easy access to Steven's. This newly renovated (2024) apartment has all the amenities of home and accommodates up to 3 adults comfortably or a family of 4. Washer and dryer access. Dedicated workspace. Guests have full access to both front and back patios.

Located in Canarsie, Brooklyn, this is an updated cozy and bright apartment that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, night-life, supermarkets, Canarsie Pier, and public transportation including an express bus to Manhattan (BM2 runs Mon -Sat), 30 minutes to Manhattan by L train, and 15 minutes to JFK airport by car. NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.
