Guests will enjoy the City Central location of this nicely updated home a short walk/drive to many great destinations. Just 2-3 blocks to the Chippewa River, Half Moon Lake and Beach. If you are here as a patient or visitor to Luther Hospital/Mayo Health, the location could not be better. There are many Pubs and Eateries a short distance from the house. The fenced yard and deck railing give an added sense of privacy and security. If you identify as "Tourist" or "Transient" beware the CITY!

This cozy, quiet, and safe one bedroom is perfect for exploring Eau Claire and the Chippewa Valley. A stone's throw from the Eau Claire river. Only a few blocks from downtown's locally-owned restaurants and coffee shops. Quick access to trails and bike paths. Access to a full kitchen, backyard, private parking, high-speed internet, and laundry. I live here full time, but will not be present during your stay. This is one-half of a duplex with a friendly neighbor. Laundry is a shared room.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located historic townhome. The Hudson Carriage Townhouse is within one mile of Downtown Eau Claire's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 10-minute drive to the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 5-minute drive to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This newly remodeled apartment is full of character and amenities including a small patio. We have a gas grill upon quest.

Climb the century old steep and narrow ladder-like steps to 1 more bedroom, a play room and access to the roof top deck. Feel free to bring your well-behaved dog(s) to our pet friendly home.
