Grocery and shopping or dining close by. WiFi is good but not guaranteed. NO smoking or pets allowed at entire complex.

This townhouse is the perfect year-round getaway. It’s situated on the shores of Pineview Lake for summer fun and just a 10 min drive to SnowBasin or 20 min to Powder Mountain for skiing, mountain biking or hiking. After a day of fun on the lake or enjoying the powder, relax on the deck in the private hot tub and enjoy the stunning views. Two bedroom, two bath, pull-out sofa bed. Access to resort pool and clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts. Two minute walk to the beach.

Winter ski getaway

Wonderful basement apartment with private entrance. A full 1700 square feet to enjoy relaxing after a full day of adventure. 10 miles from Snowbasin, 16 miles to Powder mountain, and 13 miles from Nordic Valley Ski resort. 10 miles to Pineview reservoir. Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.

A shuttle located 40 yards from condo can take you to and from Powder mountain. Relax in the hot tub after hitting the slopes. King size bed in the master. Queen pull out bed in the living room. Mountain Valley Retreat

Mountain Valley Retreat is great for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy year-round sports. After a full day of skiing, biking, golfing, or hiking, enjoy the community hot tub (open) or pool (open through 22nd September). The one-bedroom unit is located on the ground floor, offering mountain views. Wi-Fi, DirecTV, and Blu-ray are available. There is plenty of uncovered parking. Nearby Ogden city boasts the third-best Main Street in America (historic 25th Street)!

Basking in the Mountains

Come relax in this quaint town at our condo. It is a great spot to visit for the winter ski season. It's also next to a Pineview Resevoir which a lot of people go to during the summer. Ideal for a small family or group. You will be granted access to the outdoor pool (summer season), a year-round outdoor hot tub, a dry sauna, tennis courts, and a mini-golf course, and a clubhouse within the vicinity!
