The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Sunset Studio

Relax in this calm, stylish space enjoying tropical garden outlook. The studio is on the lower level to the main house with a completely separate entrance. Please bare in mind you may hear us upstairs. The space includes a kitchenette; microwave, mini fridge & coffee. Queen sized bedroom & ensuite with a seperate living area including a queen sofa bed. 6 min drive to Lennox Village you will need a car to stay here We have outdoor security cameras
