Large family HOUSE. Sleeps 6. Close to sandy beach and beach access with stairs to the beach. New tile floors. Nice layout. Living and dining room. 2 queen, bunk bed . 50 yr old home is lovingly cared for but expect some gentle wear. Awesome for Fall/ winter. Short thurway drive to the Buffalo Bills stadium and summer concerts. Winter is great for ice fishing and snowmobiling. Small town-big beach, eateries, beach bars with live music. Kayak, swim, fishing charters, water skiing.
