A wood-burning stove awaits your return from a day on the slopes or trails. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. The OLED TV is connected to fast Starlink internet.

It is 3 miles from down town Col. Falls, MT and 30 minutes from Kalispell, MT and Big Fork, MT. Whitefish, MT is 20 minutes away. It is a very cute hobby farm area with beautiful views of Teakettle and Columbia Mtn ranges. Owners are onsite. Sorry no pets. Nonsmoking facility. Plenty of space for snow cats and trailers.

The only land in between our farm and the lake is a waterfowl preserve. Plenty of wildlife on the property and it is a wonderful spot to enjoy Flathead Valley.
