Located in Fernhill, which is a short driving distance to Queenstown centre or you can use the walking track and walk into the town (around 45mins). There is a bus stop and local shop/fish and chips and restaurant all within walking distance. This apartment is super warm and cosy and well equipped to make your stay comfortable.

Location, Fernhill (2.4 km to town centre) short walk to bus stop, fish n chip shop, local convenience store, 2 excellent restaurants nearby. A 1 bedroom modern self contained apartment. Outdoor area for summer evenings,including a trampoline! Cosy gas fire for cooler evenings. Suitable for up to 3 Adults or 2 Adults 2 young Children (cot & toys provided on rqst). Apartment is located underneath our family home.

Sunrise is a lovely place to relax and take in the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The sleeping options can be arranged to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds set up in the main bedroom. There is also an additional single bed that can be set up in the lounge if required for a 3rd person. Please let us know how you would like the beds set up at time of booking.
