Enjoy spectacular mountain and lake views and the stunning Queenstown scenery from our architecturally designed semi detached home. Located in Aspen Grove (5 mins drive from town) our home has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs the master bedroom and ensuite occupy a private space with breathtaking views. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen, dining and living areas are designed to maximise the views with french doors opening to the private courtyard.

The home feels like a world away but is minutes to town & has breathtaking panoramic mountain & lake views throughout the house. A new quality renovation and interior design will ensure you are accommodated in style & comfort. There are 3 adult bedrooms (1 King & 2 Queens), 2 bathrooms and an attic room accommodating 2 children. Note this room is not totally full height so best suited to children.

Barley Mow - Luxury Escape In The Mountains

Standalone luxury 2 bedroom apartment in a tranquil and private setting, with kitchen & living area on 2 levels and spectacular views of the Shotover River & The Remarkables mountains. Set on 10 acres of park-like grounds, with secure garaging. Barley Mow is in the snowline during winter and 4wd vehicles are strongly advised. We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.

Apartment is located underneath our family home.
