Quirky carriage house studio, Historic Folsom

300 sqft studio. Great location to take advantage of all the amazing recreation Folsom has to offer. Within blocks of Sutter St, so grabbing a bite or a drink is only a short walk away. The studio is located above our garage which is detached from our house and has its own entrance. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, thus we call in the "quirky" carriage house studio.

Rambler's Roost

Our guesthouse is across the driveway from the main house on 1.5 acres on a quiet country road, yet only 2 miles from Old Town Auburn, 3 miles from the Auburn State Recreation Area, and 1.5 hours from Lake Tahoe. The guesthouse is approximately 300 sq ft and has its own entrance with convenient parking. It’s perfect for a single or couple and is suitable for longer term stays.
