PLEASE NOTE our animals have moved back to our new Airbnb farm stay in Bedford. Guests staying with us in Lynchburg can visit our baby goats and petting zoo free of charge at our Peaks of Otter Farm stay. 25 baby goats as of 3-31-25! ROMANTIC, BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE and COZY is how our guests describe our barn studios. The studio apartments offer private baths, private entrances, kitchenettes with fridge and microwave. We are 3 miles to LU in a great part of town and close to food and shopping.

Welcome to the Mini Manor where you are sweetly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but minutes from restaurants and shops. Liberty University is within a short drive, as is The Blue Ridge Parkway. You may even spot deer or neighborhood chickens in the yard. We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the necessities. No pets, service animals, or assistant animals are permitted (this exemption is approved by AirBNB).

Beautiful, large 2 bedroom apartment with stunning sunset views. Full kitchen with Keurig Coffee, microwave, oven/stove, toaster, and refrigerator. The large family room has seating for 11 while you watch cable TV. Please NO SMOKING on these premises. Swimming pool MAY be available. The pool is our families, but it often works out that my guests can use it. You must communicate your wishes and we will see it's availability. An outdoor grill is available.
