Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! The Loft at the Bonnington Farm

Close to the amenities of Blairgowrie, the Loft is part of the Bonnington Farm Steading, which is located on a hill top with spectacular views to the south and west. The Loft provides warm and comfortable accommodation in a quiet and peaceful location. There are wonderful woodland walks close by and It is a midge free place with lots of swallows and house martins. It is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of cities and towns and is close to the Cairngorms National Park.

The Lodge, Heath Park

The Lodge is the two storey annexe of Heath Park which was one of the holiday homes of Beatrix Potter. It is within easy walking distance of the rail station and intercity bus stop. A car parking space is also adjacent to the house. The Lodge has been recently refurbished with a new ensuite bathroom and kitchen and new furniture. It is accessed through the main gates of Heath Park which lead to a stone gateway and small hard landscaped area.
