Enjoy lake access, a private dock with a furnished party deck, two-story decks in the backyard, game area (air hockey, foosball, darts), a private office, and two 85 inch TVs for your entertainment. The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks.
