A rare and spiritual healing place with stunning oceanfront views from a 6-acre bluff paradise. Watch whales and bald eagles from the hot tub. The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. Inside this solar powered 1970s modern vernacular contemporary home, you'll find a cozy raised living room positioned for maximum views. Bedrooms are on the ground floor, along with bathrooms, living, dining, fully-equipped kitchen, and laundry. A study is upstairs.

River House

River House has a private river front beach 15 minutes from Ukiah, in wine country. We have a hot tub, badminton court, and barbecue. The river is gentle. We have 6 kayaks, and 1/4 mile to kayak in. You are surrounded by wildlife. We can host more than 8 guests if some are happy on the couch or on a foam mattress on the floor. This is a place for family vacations, not a wild party house.
