Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock. So the WiFi iffy. . plenty of DVD’s!

Sarasota/Bradenton Airport (SRQ) a little over a hour away. Then the Southwest Florida Airport (RSW) just at a hour away.

The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!

The house is situated on 48 oak covered acres overlooking a cute blueberry farm. Our place feels so far a way from the fast paced life we are all accustomed to, but really it’s just a short trip from all the excitement. 20 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda or 20 minutes to downtown Arcadia. The back yard features a 2 story tiki hut, hammock, fire pit, and dock for your relaxation. Arrive by land or by sea. The sailboat access canal is only 300 yards from the Peace River and the dock is powered 110V. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large open area in front of the house.
