The timber for the cabin was harvested and sawed into logs in small batches within one mile of our location. The cabin was handcrafted by the owner to include log beds, dining table, and other accents. Enjoy modern amenities in a cozy atmosphere. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy a quiet weekend with endless night skies. There isn’t anywhere quite like Cougar Creek.

The yurt sits in a quiet neighborhood above the 1,100 person mountain hamlet of Republic, Washington about 25 miles south of the Canadian border. Mt. Gibralter and the forested San Poil Valley occupy the beautiful view. Nearby restaurants and shops are in walking distance and the area abounds with wildlife, hiking, biking, boating, xc skiing, motorized recreation, and the Stonerose Eocene Fossil site. Our cabin near Lake Roosevelt is the perfect spot for relaxation and fun. Includes one queen bed, one full bed, as well as a futon, to sleep 6+ comfortably. Folding mattresses also available. There is a full (completely stocked) kitchen. Also, tables, chairs, and fire pit. New washer/dryer. Plenty of outdoor parking for boats/vehicles! Less than a mile from Fort Spokane boat launch and day use park, a gas station, restaurant/store, and Two Rivers Campground. Brand new deck!
