While on vacation resting and relaxing here is an easy option.

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

It is cozy and includes everything that you need for a comfortable stay: a king-size bed, a dinette, Netflix TV, bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, stove and Heater/AC. Pet and smoking are not allowed.

The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space. Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Casita is in a secured gated community with security patrol in Manteca. Casita has a separate private entrance with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and a full bathroom. AC unit is controlled in the main house, not in the casita. Room 1: king size bed with double doors leading to the living room. Room 2: queen size bed There is a walk in closet, full bathroom with a shower. Refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, hot plate -Please note there is NOT a full kitchen-
